Smithwick's Irish Ale Kilkenny, Ireland
Irelands best-known
ale, Smithwick's ("smit-icks") is an Irish red
ale style beer from Ireland's oldest operating brewery dating back to
1710.
A mellow ale with slightly sweet maltiness, smooth
feel, and robust flavor balanced by lightly bitter hops.
Distinctive amber red color. The aromas and flavors display
rich roasted malted barley with nutty, earthy notes and a slight floral
hint. Full, satisfying taste. Perfect for St Patrick's Day! 5% alcohol, North American market.

Dubliner Cheese
County Cork, Ireland
A delicious favorite from the "Emerald Isle," Dubliner is a firm cow's milk cheese, aged for 12 months.
It's reminiscent of tangy aged cheddar with a touch
of nuttiness and a natural hint of sweetness. You may see tiny
white crystals (calcium lactate) which are natural. Use Dubliner to add
a bright flavor boost to many recipes. See some recipes at the Kerrygold website. Dubliner goes very well with full red wines--and of course, Irish ale! It's a great cheese for beers.
