Chenin Blanc “Petit” 2008, Ken Forrester. Stellenbosch, South Africa
Crisp, with ripe fruit. Bright, light, with green apple, pear aromas and flavors--hints of honey and lime.
Medium light body. Sustainable farming. Such a good warm-weather companion---and so affordable!.
A perenniel Wine World favorite. Aperitif. Very versatile food wine. Shellfish. Chicken with penne,
dried tomatoes, herbs and spring vegetables.
Viognier 2008, Simpson Vineyard, Miner Family Vineyards. California
Richly aromatic Viognier with aromas of peach, honeysuckle, and toast. Lush tropical flavors. Full and
well balanced. Remarkable value in a very fine wine. An easy-to-pair food wine, and an elegant sipper.
Spicy dishes, such as oriental stir-frys and even curry, especially Thai-style made with coconut milk.
Rosé 2007, Borsao. Campo de Borja, Spain
A lovely dry Rosé from 100% old vines Grenache . Fresh strawberry aromas. Lively light strawberry and
cherry flavors with a hint of blackberry. Good structure and a long finish. Rich enough for full-flavored
foods. Smoked salmon appetizers, salads, tangy cheeses. Grilled herb-encrusted pork medallions.
Zestos 2008, Vinos Sin-Ley. Madrid, Spain
A robust, fruity blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha. Earthy, ripe plum aromas. Full bodied
flavors of black raspberries and strawberries with soft, easy tannins. Lots of flavor. Grilled meats,
hearty stews, barbeque.  Flavorful cheeses.
Zinfandel 2006, Hullabaloo, Nine North Wine Company. Napa Valley, California

A well-structured Napa Zin showing briary aromas of blackberry and boysenberry with hints of anise
and cracked black pepper. Flavors of blueberry and black raspberry, with a hint of spice on the finish.
Steak or burgers with a gorgonzola and cracked pepper spread. Spicy sausages.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Edge, Napa, California

Sourced from some of the best vineyards throughout the Napa Valley (blended with 5% Merlot and
3% Cabernet Franc). Aromas of black cherries with a hint of vanilla. Flavors of cherries, plum and black
currants with a hint of vanilla and spice. Silky tannins, medium body, and a lingering finish.
Pair with medium rare beef loin with mushrooms, herbs and shallots in a Madeira reduction.
Very, very dark chocolate. Robust cheeses.
