   Vouvray 2013, Sauvion
                     Loire Valley,  France
A beautiful Loire Valley Chenin Blanc with floral and mineral aromas. Its bright flavors suggest apple, white peach and lime with hints of ginger . Off-dry light and inviting. with a refreshing finish.  Very versatile, pairs well with many foods.  Great aperitif. Pairs with imagespicy oriental fPairs well with spicy oriental foods, with chicken curries, with creamy dishes. Salads with a fruit component.. Great with seafood, shrimp & crab dishes. Wonderful match for Camembert cheese.

         Malbec, Castel  2012
   "Legendary Roots"
Southern France
Vin de Pays du Comté Tolosan IGP
A delicious Malbec to enjoy and to compare with Argentine Malbecs.  This Malbec is from the traditiona
imagel French region which is  home to"the black   wine of Cahors."  Here's a French Malbec that is
fruity and accessible, a deligh
tful match for grilled meats and vegetables. It's the typical dark color. Its generous aromas & flavors  of boysenberry, dark currants and dark chocolate lead to a long finish with notes of spice.

Grand Teton Brewing, Idaho

Splash Down
   Belgian-Style Golden Ale

Here's " a smooth and crisp Golden Ale, brewed with Belgian practices and techniques in mind. True to style, this beer starts sweet, then finishes dry with a mild yet progressive bitterness from European Noble imagehops. Though pale in color,
Splash Down proves to be complex and inviting, with intriguing spiciness created during fermentation by Belgian Abbey yeast."
